Terms and conditions

•Backgrounds: For detailed backgrounds, (ex: room, forest, etc) those cost between 15$ to 20$ depending on the amount of details.• Full payment is required upfront via PayPal, Pix, PicPay, or Ko-fi. Refunds will be issued in cases of disrespect, inappropriate behavior, or poor communication.• Limits: Any offensive requests will be denied, including hate speech directed at individuals or minority groups.•As the artist, I will keep you updated at every stage of the process, from the initial sketch to the final touches. Your feedback is invaluable, so I encourage you to be present throughout. If you’re unavailable, please note that changes to the artwork may be finished later on.• In case of previous orders ahead, you will be informed of your place on the queue.•Once the drawing is finalized, the PNG will be sent through a file via email, drive, or any preferred method to ensure the best quality.•My drawings are not made to be used as NFT's. So as if the client chooses to modify or alter the commissioned works made by me, using AI machine learning or similar technologies, or to create derivatives from these works, I will view this as an automatic acquisition of exclusive rights and will apply the standard fee per artwork.•By commissioning my work, you understand that I, the artist, maintain full rights to the created image, enabling me to profit from, alter, and share it as I see fit, without prior notice or permission unless intended for commercial use. I would appreciate it if you could credit or tag me whenever possible if you repost or use the image publicly.
